If you've done our full circle skirt pattern tutorial, then you have to be eager to sew one. You're in luck because this tutorial is the second part and shows you how to put together and sew your circle skirt, using the pattern created. If this is the first one you're making to test your pattern, consider using a cheaper muslin fabric so you can see if you drafted it correctly. Once it's good, you can use nicer fabric and make all the circle skirts you want. This style of skirt is great whether looking for a vintage style or you just want a fuller skirt. Just realize that you might have to get creative in cutting out your pieces. If you pattern is too large, instead of two halves, you might have to do four quarters which would add a seam to the center front and back. This usually only happens if you're dealing with a really long skirt. But once you get the sewing process down, you'll realize this style of skirt isn't hard to sew at all.
