    Hello! i got a problem here on how to shorten a A-line skirt pattern. I know that i have to fold on the particular line, but my problem is the sides where the line doesn’t line up. I don’t know if i am doing it right. Please help… I saw the video to shortening a bodice but not any any skirt. Thanks

    I think if I was shortening an A-line skirt, I would just shorten it from the bottom of the skirt. So I would mark on my sewing gauge the measurement and then go along the current hemline, with the sewing gauge, and mark the new measurement. then you can just fold or cut off the excess. Hope this helps 🙂
