When you’re at the fabric store, ask an associate on where they have their apparel lining fabric. This is fabric that is especially made for lining and it should work well for chiffon. Its usually lightweight and they should have lining that could be silky or just like a really lightweight poly/cotton. I know they carry it at JoAnn’s and it should be at any fabric store that also carries apparel fabric. Hope this helps.
