that’s a super cute dress! I would line with the lightweight polycotton fabric. These are usually by the 100% solid cotton fabrics. Just get the lightest weight one you can find. Just realize that linen plus lining might alter the draping of this style, making it a little less flowy. I can’t see the instructions but if it were me, I think treating the lining as an underlining would be the easiest thing, especially with that elastic waist.
