    In the video to change bodice to a fuller bust it shows how to pivot to do this for the side dart. Do I DO ANYTHING TO THE vertical dart?

    Do you mean the dart at the waistline at the pattern? No, you can leave that unaltered. But be sure to make a muslin of your bodice and then you can decide if that dart is good as is or maybe needs to be tweaked. 🙂
