    How would you estimate yardage for tulle to make a petticoat for a flower girl dress? I would imagine 3 times the waist size.

    I guess it depends on how full and gathered is and how many layers. 3 times the waistline might be a little too much for one layer, maybe try one that’s 2 times the waistline, make a quick single layer with cheap tulle and see if you like it or adjust.
