low crotch !!

I made these..
The pic is NOT of me.
the top was a good fit, bum was OK but the crotch was about 1.5 to 2 inches to low and I felt the waist band was a too high (I had quite a bit of bagging at the front) if I lower the front waist will this resolve the crotch issue ? (I don’t really want the bum too much tighter)

Yeah, it looks pretty good in the back. I don’t think that just lowering the waist will solve the issue. I think you’ll have to lower the waist and shorten just the crotch length in the front. So put the waistline where you want it and then bring up the crotch where you’d like it and you’ll see how much of the crotch length you’ll have to remove from the top. Hope that makes sense.
