Making the shoulders wider without affecting bust?

Hi Professor! I was watching your videos on how to increase bust and waistline on a commercial pattern, my question is this:

1) I fit a commercial size 12 perfectly on bust/waist/hips however my shoulders are a little wider than the patterns (IEmy armpit extends past the fabric) …is there a way to extend the armholes horizontally without changing the bust?
