McCall pattern M6625 interfacing 1D

I am working on mccall pattern M6625 interfacing 1 d. Looking at the instructions not sure how to cut the pattern for pieces # 25 and 29. Is the interface with the fusible side up and then I cut 2 from piece 29 and then 2 pieces of 29 with the fusible side down? Piece 25 pattern tissue has cut 1 on fold for the interfacing, but on the instructions does not show that the interfacing has a fold. Confused on how to cut piece 25.

If you look at the pattern pieces themselves, they will say how many pieces of fusible interfacing you need to cut out. It will also state if it will need to be place on a fold. If it does not say “on fold” then it could have just been place very close to the folded edge in the pattern layout direction, which would cause your confusion. Hope this helps.
