    Quick Question I was considering buying a portable sewing machine and wanted to know if I would still be able to sew professionally like making clothes and purses?

    I would say yes. For most sewing work you can get by with a machine that has basic stitches. You’re probably ok as long as your machine can do a straight stitch, zig zag and button hole. 🙂
