    What is the best differential feed setting for sewing tee-shirt knits?

    Hi there, To be honest, I’ve never owned a serger so all my experience is with the sewing machine. I’m sorry I can’t be more helpful, but I hope this will change soon when I get a serger and start learning the process myself. My friend, who owns a serger said, “the smaller the number on the differential feed, the more stretch will be put in the seams and vice versa.” Anyone else an expert out there who can help?
