Simplicity 1777 – 1940s retro dress

I am making simplicity 1777. I am on step five and I have a question. When making the pleats on the skirt front, the instructions say to fold each solid line and bring the solid line to the broken line. There is one solid line that does not have its own broken line to be brought to. Do I bring that solid line and the next solid line to the very next broken line?

I love this dress! You’re are correct though that this line does seem to be the odd man out. When I made the dress, myself, I just brought the pleat to that next solid line and I don’t remember having any issues getting the corresponding pieces to fit, so you could just do the same.
