    I’m doing a fashion competition and I was wondering how you sew the blue part on this skirt (i have attached a photo) because i need it as part of my dress. I’ve researched and found nothing i was wondering if you knew

    hmmm…to me it kind of looks like a combo of a cascading ruffle but they did a curly hem with fishing line to give it that extra body. For me it’s hard to tell how many layers or sections it is, but if I were you, I would experiment with a fishing line curly hem and it might give you a place to start. (Sorry, we don’t have a tutorial on this yet.) Good luck with your competition.
