    What type of sewing threat is best for knit fabrics?

    You can just use all purpose thread for most knit fabrics. I wouldn’t use something like stretch thread. The only time you’d use something different is if your sewing underwear or swimwear on something like a serger and then you might want to consider using wooly nylon thread, but if you’re on a sewing machine then you can mostly just use all purpose and be fine.
