Do you have any suggestions for sizing this down for children? They will be gifts, so I can’t just fit them as I sew.
I was taught to sew by my grandmother a long time ago and one of the first things she taught me to sew was an apron and an old fashioned garden bonnet. I cherish the thoughtfulness of her teaching. This apron reminds me of her apron.
Thank you! Very generous…and sooo cute and do-able!
I have some nice canvas fabric and will put it to good use making this apron. Thanks for the tutorial!
I like using a cotton canvas, which can be found at in the home decor section of the fabric store. Just check the care instructions and make sure it’s washable.
Thank you for the video and pattern, I am going to give it a try.
I do have a question, what is the best fabric to use when making an apron.
That will wash, but still hold the its body and look ?
Thank you for your help in answering my question regarding the fabric …
This looks really easy and awesome! Thank you…
Try printing in black and white and just print the last 2 pages. You can also try and upload the pattern to google docs, and open it in google docs, then print. I don’t know why some people randomly have printing issues.
