Usually when people think of the raglan sleeve, they think of a baseball shirt but really raglan sleeves are popping up all over.  The raglan sleeve is really a flattering look regardless if it's a contrasting color or the same color as the bodice.  It's unique look is due to the top of the sleeve going over the shoulder and being a part of the front and back bodice.  This sleeve is actually easier to sew in than a traditional inset sleeve, but the top will need to be finished with the rest of the neckline.  Since mine was a sweatshirt, I used a knit band to finish my neckline.  See our demonstration to learn how to sew the raglan sleeve today!
