If the skirt has a lining, the hemline of the lining could be hand stitched to that bottom seam allowance, covering it up.
Is there any way to hide the inside seam allowance between the ruffle and the skirt when finished and the skirt does not have inside facing? I know it is inside and nobody can see it I want it to have a clean look if possible
